    Scored vs unscored items

    About 20 of the 170 items are unscored pilot questions ATI uses to test future content. Test-takers cannot identify which items are unscored, so every question must be treated as scored. Scored counts: Reading 39, Math 34, Science 44, English 33 = 150.
