Is the TEAS 7 Test Hard? An Honest 2026 Difficulty Breakdown

• Anatomy & physiology dominance. Roughly half of Science is A&P. If you haven't taken A&P recently, this is the wall.
• Time pressure. 209 minutes for 170 items leaves no room to deliberate. Pacing is half the battle.
• Multi-select items. New question types (pick-all-that-apply, ordered-response) penalise partial credit.
• High stakes per attempt. Some programs only count the highest of 2–3 attempts; others average attempts.

• The math is pre-algebra and basic algebra — no trigonometry, no calculus.
• Reading passages are short (200–400 words) and the questions are literal more often than inferential.
